オーストラリアの上場企業が運営していたラセターズカジノ(Lasseters Casino)が営業を停止しました。(10月3日の日本時間14時)

発表と同時に閉鎖という急な話ですが、営業不振が原因のようです。先月上旬には証券取引所での取引停止、そして姉妹カジノのAusvegasの閉鎖発表と、良いニュースがなかったラセターズですが、結局はその9年間の歴史に幕を閉じました。
日本では遊んでいた人はほとんどいないとは思います(当サイトでもラセターズが登録プレイヤー情報を流出させて以来、紹介を取りやめていました)。

The purpose of this notice is to advise you that the Board of Directors of Lasseters Corporation Limited has today decided that Lasseters Online Casino will cease operation effective immediately.
Following the announcement to the Australian Stock Exchange on 9 September 2008, the Directors have taken the subsequent decision to cease the operations of Lasseters Online Casino due to our inability to compete and retain our market share since the closure of the US market in October 2006.
